How does pricing work, and do you offer packages?+
Every project is custom built around your specific scope and vision. We also offer bundle options for recurring content and multi asset shoots.
What's your turnaround time?+
Photos are typically delivered in 3 to 7 days, and sometimes overnight. Video usually takes about 7 days, depending on the scope and sensitivity of the project. We set a firm delivery date before we start.
How far in advance should I book?+
For events and time sensitive shoots, we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks out to guarantee availability. For larger campaigns or multi day productions, the earlier the better. Some of our best work comes from having real time to plan.
Do you travel for shoots outside NYC?+
Yes, we've worked on projects outside New York City. Travel is built into the overall project cost rather than billed separately, and the scope depends on the specific project.
Do you provide raw files?+
Raw files aren't included by default. A release fee, 50% of the project rate, applies and can be discussed per project.
